So, what started out as a seemingly innocent trip to Salt Lake last week, ended with us signing our lives away. First of all, to start it off, we did find a car, it's a 2006 Saturn Ion, and in more ways than I can list it's so much better than the '98 Chevy Lumina we just sold. So, after buying the most expensive car I've ever bought, which doesn't say much if you know what I've driven in the past, I thought we'd be done with the whole purchasing pandemonium. We headed to Tooele on Wednesday, it was our anniversary, and we dropped Ava off at my parents and we had dinner at The Roof in Salt Lake, which was absolutely beautiful, and then we went to Park City and stayed the night at my aunt and uncle's condo. In the morning we went into Midway and went swimming in the crater at the homestead, it was really fun. Then, on our way back to my parents house, we saw a sign for Ivory homes, so Matt said, "Let's go check those out." Long story short, we've put money down on a townhouse in Stansbury Park. They have estimated 6 months from now as a finish date. We go back up the first week in April to pick out colors and we are super duper excited. My mom will now have all of her four married children living within a 2 mile radius of her own home.
Here's a link that shows our floor plan
The Princeton that's about all we have to look at right now, that and some dirt. I remember when my parents were going to build in Stansbury, we would always go out and look at this dirt plot, and now I understand a little more why that was fun.
This is Matt before dinner, I think he looks quite handsome with my purse :)

Ava is reading her first book, she's advanced...

Here she is helping Matt study for his NCLEX test, like I said, she's pretty advanced :)
